This course, brought to you in collaboration with Racing to Equity, aims to inspire you by expanding one’s understanding of implicit bias using a racial analysis and with actionable strategies to confront implicit biases effectively in your personal and professional lives. This course will allow for personal growth and healing and also support our leadership professional practices by exploring how fostering a culture where bias is acknowledged and mitigated, organizations can create environments where all individuals, regardless of race or background, feel valued, honored and respected.
